Rental Agreement & Safety Guide

We’re here to make your Orlando adventure as smooth as possible! To ensure a great experience for you and our future guests, please take a moment to review our community guidelines. By completing your booking, you agree to the following:

1. Delivery & Returns

  • Returns

    We ask that you have your scooter ready at the agreed-upon spot and time.

  • Running Behind?

    We know things happen! If your plans change, please just give us a heads-up via text or call.

  • Late Returns

    To keep things fair for the next guest, units returned more than 2 hours late without notice may be subject to an additional day’s rental fee.

  • Missing Equipment

    If a unit is over 24 hours late and we haven't heard from you, we may have to assume it's lost and may charge for a replacement unit.

  • Meeting Our Team

    Our drivers strive to stay on schedule. If you’re unable to meet within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, we may need to reschedule your delivery for later in the day.

2. Payments & Refunds

Cancellation/Changes Policy

The SCOOT2YOU COMPANIES, DBA: SCOOT2YOU RENTALS, requires all renters to agree to a 48-hour cancellation/changes policy, which is based on the start date of the rental. To avoid any charges ALL cancellations/changes MUST be made NO LATER than 8:00am 2 days prior to the start date. Any reservation that is cancelled/changed within that 48-hour time frame, regardless of the nature of the cancellation/change, will be subject to a one-day rental fee. All reservations cancelled/changed on the expected start date will be subjected to a 2-day rental fee. The total amount of the "cancellation/change fee", is based on the type of equipment and how many pieces of equipment were booked in the reservation.

Billing

You authorize us to keep your payment method on file. While we hope we never have to use it, this card may be charged for documented damages, lost accessories, or unapproved late returns.

Disputes

If you see something on your bill you don't recognize, please reach out! We'd much rather chat and fix it directly than have you deal with your bank's dispute process.

3. Safe Riding Tips

  • One at a Time

    For your safety, scooters are designed for one rider only. Please, no passengers or children on laps.

  • Pace Yourself

    We recommend driving at a comfortable walking pace, especially in busy theme parks or indoors.

  • Stay Safe

    To prevent accidents, please avoid curbs over 3 inches, stairs, or escalators. Using the equipment while under the influence of alcohol or narcotics is strictly prohibited.

  • Your Responsibility

    You agree to handle the equipment safely. By renting, you acknowledge that we may not be held liable for any accidents or injuries that occur during your rental period.

4. Taking Care of Your Scooter

  • Power Up

    To avoid any interruptions to your day, please plug your scooter in every night. Equipment replacements due to not charging may be subject to a $40 replacement fee.

  • Weather Watch

    While Orlando is sunny, it does rain! Please avoid deep puddles and keep the electronics as dry as possible. Significant water damage may result in a repair fee.

  • Small Extras

    If items like keys or chargers are misplaced, a small replacement fee (usually around $25) may be added to your final bill.
