A full overnight charge helps prepare your scooter for the day ahead. The S3 offers up to 25 miles of range for extended outings, while our other models are rated for approximately 12 miles per charge. Actual range depends on rider weight, terrain, and use.
Q.Can I rent a scooter for one day?
Yes. There is no multi-day minimum: a scooter can be delivered to your hotel and picked up on the same day. One-day rentals carry a $20 delivery and pick-up fee for each scooter; reservations of two days or more include delivery and pick-up at no additional charge.

Yes. Our scooters can be transported in a car through folding or disassembly, depending on the model.
Q.How do I charge the scooter?
Plug the included charger into any standard hotel outlet overnight, and the scooter is fully charged by morning. You can also remove the battery and charge it in your room without bringing the whole scooter inside.
Q.Can I take my scooter into Disney World and Universal Orlando?
Yes. Every scooter we rent is narrower than 30 inches and shorter than 48 inches, within Disney's size limits for its buses, monorail, and Skyliner, and each is welcome in the Disney and Universal parks.
Q.What if I have a problem or the scooter breaks down?
We offer 24/7 assistance for our guests. If you experience any issue, please call the number on your scooter, and we will arrange a replacement or repair at the park or your hotel.
